How to choose your bra: The guide to the different types of bras
According to her morphology, her measurements, her bra size, but also her tastes and desires of the moment, the woman is only too spoiled for choice. Balconette bra
Close to the "basket" model, also called "semi-nesting", the bin consists of frames. Padded or not, if it provides good support, it covers only part of the breast. The straps are offset, the breast is spaced. The cups are indented, so that it covers the chest only halfway up: the lower part offers a nice curve, thanks to a vertical seam; the upper part simply covers the top.

Made of polyester and polyamide, some models allow you to play with the removable straps: to go over the shoulders in a classic way, or to cross over the back.
On the other hand, the headband offers only an average support. It will be suitable for smaller breasts, up to the C cup. Beyond, opt for models with a sufficiently strong internal frame and a fairly wide back, to ensure a minimum of support.
The sports bra
During physical activities, classic lingerie should be banned. Since the breasts are not muscles, they are subject to shock. The sports bra will ensure optimal comfort by avoiding tension on the ligaments. Both large and small breasts need specific support.
