Half a century of Melania Trump: the most stylish first lady turns 50
The American first lady turns 50 and has to spend a day confined in the White House. We want to review your best looks.
Just yesterday, Donald Trump, president of the United States, suggested injecting disinfectant to citizens with Covid-19. It would be interesting to try it. We will have to use doctors to do it, but it seems interesting to me », he said with great conviction. Some controversial statements that, obviously, had their consequences. Yesterday more than 100 people had to be admitted to the country's medical centers for following the inappropriate instructions of the president. However, and although it is inevitable to mention the crazy occurrences of Mister Trump, this Sunday all the prominence must fall on Melania Trump. The first lady of the United States turns 50 today, April 26. Half a century wasting style that we should not go unnoticed.
Every time her husband speaks, he raises the bread. But, every time she appears in public, it raises the bar. Melania Trump is, without a doubt, one of the most elegant women of the moment and on every occasion she knows how to stand out thanks to her looks. The American first lady has one of the best dressing rooms of the moment. Packed with magnificent garments and accessories, such as coats, stilettos or dresses, it is so wide that it never ceases to amaze us. From the most classic and sophisticated outfits to more casual garments such as basic T-shirts, Saharan or jeans, Melania knows what she does. At least as far as fashion is concerned.
The style of the birthday girl
50 years are not fulfilled every day. And less in the middle of a global pandemic that prevents us from leaving home. Although the confinement in the United States is not as strict as in our country, Melania has had to cancel her schedule and will have to spend her birthday waxed at home. Of course, in the White House, which is not bad. We assume that the celebration will be more intimate and, even if it turns half a century, there will be no big parties until further notice. However, one thing is clear to us and that is that, whatever it may be, it will be ideal. The first lady is one of the most stylish women of the moment and all her looks make us fall in love. Whether traveling to India or an official act in Washington D.C., she knows how to adapt to all circumstances and get every item right. It almost never fails.
Although her style is simple, everything that stands out. Melania Trump adores shirt dresses, skirts with a lot of flight and above all, very high heels, which give her looks that arranged touch that we like so much. She is an expert in always choosing the best coats and, although she does not usually take risks in terms of hairdressing and makeup, she is always spectacular. We review her best looks, which show, indisputably, that Melania has been wasting style for 50 years.
Her most explosive combination
Fuchsia and yellow have become two of her favorite colors and she mixes them whenever she can in outfits of 10. Melania arrived in Biarritz stomping around and she did it with some fuchsia patent leather stilettos from Christian Louboutin that, together with the intense yellow of the wonderful Calvin Klein tie-dye dress, formed a combination of anything but discreet that, however, we love.
Her travel look
For her official visit to India, the first lady chose a shirt dress with three-quarter sleeves with embroidered multicolored flowers by Carolina Herrera. A fresh, simple and very flattering style, perfect for visiting tourist sites.
Her obsession with the trench
Melania Trump loves coats. It has them in all shapes, fabrics and colors. However, her absolute favorite is the trench coat. She likes it so much that she wears it, on many occasions, as a dress. A few days ago we could see her in a gabardine dress in moss green, which did not need anything else. She wore it with a tight belt, to further stylize her figure, a trick that, although she does not need it, is ideal for other mortals. She completed the look with Manolo Blahnik's zigzag patterned black and white pumps.
Her most spectacular coat
When the first lady went to London to attend some of the NATO summit events, we could see her wearing a wonderful yellow coat-cape signed by Valentino that combined, how could it be otherwise, with her star tone: fuchsia. Melania loves the color block trend and these two colors are her favorites to wear.
Her desire for floral prints.
To collect her wonderful (and huge) Christmas tree, Melania chose an oriental-inspired design with printed flowers in white, red and green, signed by Dolce & Gabbana. It seems to us the most! In order not to take away the slightest prominence from the coat, the rest of her style was in total black, with skinny pants and Christian Louboutin boots included.
