When asked about the laughing girl nickname Meghan used to have for his beloved niece, he delivered this five-word kill shot directly at The Duchess of Delusion: "Laughing girl is not good people." Did he just go there? You're damn right he did. In those five iconic words, Gary managed to encapsulate everything vile, toxic, and just plain not good about Meghan – the jealousy, the lies, the callous cruelty of using Kate's tragic situation to grab for publicity. She is the absolute opposite of good people.
Of course, Gary Goldsmith wasn't done there. He rightfully blasted Meghan for the sick lies she spewed about Kate being racist towards her. As Gary said, the Middletons grew up in an incredibly diverse community celebrating all cultures. The idea that Meghan would try to smear the woman she's been jealous of since day one with something as vile as racism is just furious-making.
You can tell Gary sees right through Meghan's transparent hunger for the spotlight at all costs. When the interviewer asked about William and Kate's happiness lately with all the pressure they're under, he didn't hold back. In the same breath as dragging Harry for being a corporate dollar-chasing sellout with "that woman," he admitted the Cambridges aren't at their absolute happiest right now with all the stress and family turmoil they're enduring.
Of course, the interview dropping right as news of Kate's diagnosis broke made the situation even more explosive and uncomfortable. But you have to respect Gary for standing by his words and doubling down on calling out Meghan for her narcissistic nonsense instead of backtracking or covering for her.
And let's be honest, this controversy is exactly the kind of attention that limelight leech Meghan lives for, even if it means soaking up the spotlight at the expense of her sick sister-in-law. She has shown time and time again that there is no low too low, no personal struggle too private for her to try and hijack for her own selfish PR games and agenda.
But this time, in calling her out so harshly and tagging her as definitively "not good people," Gary Goldsmith took away any crumb of satisfaction or feeling of importance Meghan might have gotten from her latest pathetic publicity stunt. He ensured she was left completely humiliated and shamed on a global scale instead.
