In 2016 Kim Kardashian left the world speechless when she shamelessly revealed her trick to keep her chest firm when she shows off such a deep and open neckline that she does not allow her to wear a bra. Nothing fancy, basically a few straps of plaster strategically placed as straps hold your breasts so that they remain aesthetically placed in a neckline that practically comes from the navel.
It's not just a problem that celebrities and actresses who walk the red carpet face. A guest dress with a too low back, a neckline so deep that it prevents us from wearing a normal bra ... We have all encountered these problems at some point in our lives and not even the best placed safety pin has managed to hide the straps of our bra. Solution: change model (or without a bra, if you are lucky not to need it).

Plunging neckline bras
They may not allow you a neckline so pronounced with that of Kim Kardashian, but you will see in the image above, that at least with them you can solve the necklines pronounced in "U" with or without straps, and even with or without back (as see below). The support is better with the models that have suspenders, worse those that do not have them also manage to keep the chest in place and save the situation in very low-cut garments. Bras for semi open backs
When we wear a t-shirt or dress that shows enough back, although without leaving it completely exposed, the best option is this type of bra that crosses under the back and fastens in front. You will find versions with shoulder straps and versions that fasten at the neck.

Low-back bras
The trend of open backs in dresses, tops and jumpsuits seems not to want to abandon us and season after season we continue to find garments in which looking back becomes the maximum attraction. And many, in addition to liking them, scare them because ... «What bra can I wear with this neckline?». And although it seems that you really cannot wear any type of bra, we have found in the market models with backless with and without straps and for more and less pronounced necklines. The problem is over.
The "trick" of this type of bras, suitable for very open backs, are the adhesive strips that hold the cups to the sides of the torso, so that the chest is held, firm and without risk of spreading. They only need to be a little careful in the maintenance of the adhesives so that they continue to stick like the first day. They usually incorporate protective plastics for and it is not advisable to apply body cream before putting them on, for example.
There is also another option of bras for this type of back. They are popularly known as "coconuts", since they consist of only two adhesive cups that fasten at the front. They are a kind of second skin. As is evident, this bra does not offer great support, nor reduction, nor does it shape (it does not raise the chest either), but it does prevent the breasts from scattering or crushing under that super sexy look that you are wearing.
