Another individual questioned whether Kim was intentionally trolling Kate Middleton, while a third follower commented, "Let's make fun of Kim too, starting with the Paris robbery. You don't mind, right? Ridiculous."
A fourth user added their disappointment, saying, "Really? Had to jump on the Kate Middleton train. I knew there was a reason I stopped watching your show." Prior to this, OK! magazine had reported on conspiracy theories that emerged surrounding Kate's whereabouts after the Palace announced her "planned abdominal surgery" in January.
Last week, Kate shared a photo on X (formerly known as Twitter), featuring herself alongside Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis to celebrate Mother's Day in the United Kingdom. Some internet users speculated that the photo had been edited.
Kate used X to explain the matter once rumours started to circulate. "Like many amateur photographers, I do sometimes experiment with editing," she clarified. I wanted to apologise for any misunderstanding that may have arisen from our sharing of the family photo yesterday. I sincerely hope that Mother's Day was enjoyed by everybody who participated."
