Queen Elizabeth's Special Treatment at Meghan and Harry's Wedding

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were gifted a luxurious present by Queen Elizabeth to mark their wedding day. Reports indicate that Queen Elizabeth expressed genuine delight and satisfaction regarding Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's wedding. The royal wedding, which captivated the town, required the collaborative efforts of numerous staff members to orchestrate the grand event. During the occasion, the late Queen was particularly impressed by four young staff members, leading her to bestow upon them an exceptionally lavish gift as a token of her appreciation.

A few days following Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's nuptials, four teenage troopers at Windsor stables were busy cleaning and washing their horses when they thought someone was observing them, according to Richard Eden of the Daily Mail. They turned around, much to their surprise, and there stood Queen Elizabeth. Eden went on to explain that the Queen was satisfied with her situation and said, "On the wedding day, I am most happy with my boys." There were no mishaps or issues with the horses because you kept them at the proper distance from the carriage."

To demonstrate her gratitude, Queen Elizabeth had an extraordinary and extravagant gift for them in 2018. Allegedly, she remarked, "In fact, I'm so pleased with the way you handled the horses that, out of my own purse, I am sending all four of you on holiday to Canada to stay with the Canadian Mounties."

The staff members were thrilled with this unexpected respite from their duties, enjoying a wonderful break. During Meghan and Harry's royal wedding, they were transported in a horse-drawn carriage pulled by four horses personally chosen by the couple. Additionally, two horses served as outriders during the wedding procession.

In addition to this generous gesture, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex received another lavish gift from Queen Elizabeth in celebration of their wedding. They were given the keys to Frogmore Cottage, a property extensively renovated in April 2019, where they moved in.

However, on February 28, 2023, The Sun exclusively revealed that Harry and Meghan were evicted from Frogmore Cottage by King Charles following the publication of Prince Harry's memoir, "Spare."
