Meghan and Harry have found themselves in the spotlight once again, this
time due to photographer Misan Harriman's denial of editing their 2021 pregnancy
announcement photo. The controversy arose amidst criticism directed at Kate
Middleton for editing a Mother’s Day photo, for which she later apologized.
Harriman vehemently refuted claims of doctoring the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's
photo in a video posted online.
He labeled the accusations as "insidious" and "dangerous journalism." The couple had announced the arrival of Princess Lilibet on Valentine's Day, who was later born in California on June 4, 2021. Harriman, who has captured several important moments for Meghan and Harry, defended his work, stating that he had not manipulated the image.
This development comes at a time when Kate Middleton has been out of the public eye since undergoing abdominal surgery in January, following the social media uproar over her edited photo with her children on Mother’s Day.
