A royal expert has suggested that Meghan, who gained fame for her role in the TV series Suits, is unlikely to return to the forefront of the camera as an actress. Instead, the expert believes she will work behind the scenes as an executive producer for some of the projects produced by Archewell Productions. Channel 5's royal correspondent, Simon Vigar, shared his views on Meghan's potential future in the media industry during a conversation with The Sun's royal correspondent, Matt Wilkinson.
Simon expressed skepticism about Meghan's chances of relaunching her acting career, noting that it would be challenging for audiences to see her as a character rather than as the well-known Duchess. He also mentioned that Meghan and Harry still have a deal with Netflix, and the streaming platform would likely expect their involvement in upcoming projects.
Regarding Meghan's future career, Simon acknowledged that her current focus is on being a mother to her two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. However, he speculated that as the children grow older and require less constant care, Meghan's involvement in the media industry may expand.
Nevertheless, the expert doubted that Meghan would take on a role similar to her successful portrayal of Rachel Zane in the legal drama Suits. He emphasized the challenges of envisioning her in fictional roles, given her prominent public image.
