The keys to choosing a bra well
Are you sure you use the bra size you really need? We help you out of doubt.
Outline
To choose the bra size well, we must measure our contour: with a meter, take the measurement in centimeters of your chest by the part of greater volume (above the nipple) and that number indicates the size, that is, 85, 90, 95 etc.
Cup
To know what is the cup we need we must take the measurement below the chest, then we make the difference between the measure of the contour and this new figure and the result indicates the cup we need. Imagine that you have a 90 above the nipple and the measurement below the chest is 80. The difference is 10, so your cup would be the A, since it is made based on these values:
- 10 cm difference: cup A.
- 15 cm difference: cup B.
- 17.5 cm difference: cup C.
- 20 cm difference: cup D.
- 22.5 cm difference: cup E.
Specialized store
Going to a specialized store will allow us to receive professional advice to choose better and, in addition, in these stores we have a wider range of bras, so we can find sizes that we do not find elsewhere: there are sizes smaller than 85 and higher at 100 and cups smaller than B and higher than D.
Suspenders
It is not advisable to use very thin braces, as they are nailed and can cause marks and scratches on the skin. Nor should we wear them too tight or too "loose." Find the middle ground.
Arches
If the bra arches are nailed to us, it means that it is not the most suitable. Look for a size larger or another model.
Between two sizes
If we are in doubt between two bra sizes, choose the larger one. A bra that is too fair and depresses us can cause pain and breast problems.
