And in Chile, how many will they be? people recognize in revealing survey that they don't change their underwear every day
Thousands were consulted and 45% acknowledged that they wear the same garments for two or more days.
A dirty secret revealed the survey conducted by underwear manufacturer Tommy Jhon, about the habits of use on these garments. A surprising 45% of the thousand respondents acknowledged that intimate garments are not changed every day and that they even wear them for up to three days.
Meanwhile, 13% responded that at some point in their lives they had worn these garments for a full week without changing them.
But what surprised most was the behavior of men. This gender, according to the results, is two and a half times more likely than women to wear their pants for seven days or more.
It wasn't in Chile just in case
The sample was made in the United States - as the Daily Mail newspaper reproduces - and also revealed that people have a strong relationship with their intimate garments.
So much so that 46 percent of respondents said they had had the same underwear for a year or more.
While 38% acknowledged that they had no idea how long they had had their favorite briefs and briefs.
Brand representative Tommy John argued that "these results were fairly fairly divided between men and women, resulting in any theory that women are more hygiene conscious than men, or vice versa."
It is worth mentioning that the recommendations, to avoid health problems, is to change the underwear at least every three months.
