The once-close bond between Kate and Harry, described by the latter as akin to having a sister during her wedding reception with William, has evidently suffered strains.
Larcombe suggested that recent revelations, such as Kate's health diagnosis, may prompt Harry to reflect on his regrets and missed opportunities. He pointed out that sharing such sensitive information with the Sussexes amid their fractured relationship could have been risky.
Acknowledging the potential for reconciliation, Larcombe speculated that Harry might seek to reach out to William during his visit, acknowledging that if given the chance, Harry might wish to turn back time and repair the damage done to their relationship.
