Meghan Markle's Personal Priorities Take Precedence Over Royal Family Reunion

Meghan Markle has made the decision to forego accompanying Prince Harry on his upcoming visit to the UK, as she aims to prioritize her new business venture and maintain a distance from the royal family. The Duke of Sussex is scheduled to attend the Invictus Games event in London on May 8, commemorating the festival's 10th anniversary.

The Mirror quoted PR expert Ryan McCormick, who shed light on Meghan's choice to skip the UK visit. According to McCormick, it appears that Meghan is focused on cultivating her independent presence and may view distancing herself from the royal family as a means to achieve that. He suggested that her decision could also be influenced by her dedication to her new company, American Riviera Orchard.

The PR guru further explained, "Simultaneously, the Duchess might desire to create more separation from Buckingham Palace." Ryan elaborated on the reasons behind Meghan's choice, stating, "...Markle could be feeling fatigued from her association with the Royals or perceive their close ties as a potential hindrance to establishing herself independently in the United States, both in terms of her business and personal presence."
